If you should receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days from delivery. Tagua Srl undertakes to change it or replace it, but shall not be liable for requests received after this period. In order to arrange a replacement in case the item is damaged or does not correspond to what was originally ordered, please contact us at email@example.com entering your name and address, details of the product (code) and the reason for returning it. Please remember that the cost of return is to be paid by you and is your responsibility. Tagua Srl is not responsible for any item lost during shipping. Shipping costs will be refunded only if you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, and if you have notified the error/defect within seven days. All items must be returned to Tagua Srl in their original packaging without being worn. Tagua Srl will not refund items that do not meet the requirements listed above or that show clear signs of abuse. Any customs duties and deductions shall not be refunded for items shipped outside of Italy.
