HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
n order to purchase on the website store.rubinia.com, you will be required to register by providing your personal data. Specifically, you must provide your exact name, phone number, e-mail address, tax identification number and any other information required. Furthermore, when placing your order, you will be required to provide payment details guaranteeing that the personal data and payment data provided are exact. Likewise, the data provided for invoicing. Purchasing on the site is allowed exclusively to those who meet the eligibility criteria expressed by Tagua Srl. That is, those who have correctly entered the credit card details that belongs to a circuit accepted by Tagua Srl and who authorize Tagua Srl to proceed with charging the total amount of the goods you are about to purchase. Purchases made through the site are exclusively for personal use or as a gift by the purchaser and in no case can they be resold or used for profit purposes. Tagua Srl reserves the right not to deliver multiple quantities of one object shipped to any customer or postal address. Furthermore, by making a purchase offer, you expressly authorize Tagua Srl to make checks on the credit on your card and on your identity, and to obtain an initial authorization for your credit card, and subsequently to authorize transactions for individual purchases.
Once you have made your choice and entered your order, you will receive an e-mail with details of the order. This e-mail has no value as an order confirmation. Unless you cancel your order in accordance with the “order cancellation policy” set out below, acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between Tagua Srl and you will be considered concluded only when the goods are shipped. Tagua Srl reserves the right to not accept an order in the event that, for example, it is not possible to obtain payment authorization, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not meet the quality control, or even in the event that the purchaser does not meet all the criteria listed above. In addition, Tagua Srl reserves the right to refuse to carry out a transaction or to deny anyone a sale at its discretion. Tagua Srl is not responsible for the customer or any other third party in case an item was removed from the site, whether or not it was sold, any part or material contained in the site was removed or modified; refusal to proceed with a transaction or complete it or suspend it even if the processing of the order has already begun.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Una volta effettuata la scelta e l’ordine inserito, riceverai una e-mail con i dettagli dell’ordine. Questa mail non è valida come conferma d’ordine. A meno che non cancelli il tuo ordine in conformità con la “politica di cancellazione dell’ordine” sotto esposta, l’accettazione dell’ordine ed il completamento del contratto tra te e Tagua Srl sarà da ritenersi concluso solo nel momento in cui la merce verrà spedita. Tagua Srl si riserva il diritto di non accettare un ordine nel caso in cui, ad esempio, non fosse possibile ottenere l’autorizzazione per il pagamento, o che l’oggetto ordinato sia fuori giacenza o non soddisfi il controllo di qualità, o altresì nel caso in cui l’acquirente non soddisfi tutti i criteri elencati sopra. In aggiunta, Tagua Srl si riserva il diritto di rifiutare di effettuare una transazione o di rifiutare una vendita a chiunque a sua unica discrezione. Tagua Srl non è responsabile nei confronti del cliente o di alcuna altra terza parte in caso rimozione di un articolo dal sito, che sia stato venduto o meno, rimozione o modifica di qualsiasi parte o materiale contenuto nel sito; rifiuto di procedere una transazione o terminarla o sospenderla anche qualora il processo di elaborazione sia stato già iniziato.
Payments can be made by Visa, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment will be charged and confirmed on the purchaser’s account when Tagua receives your order. The purchaser declares that the credit card used is in his name. All card owners are subject to controls and authorization by the card issuer. In case the card issuer does not authorise the payment to Tagua, the latter will not be responsible for any delay and/or non-delivery. Tagua will save the data for at least one year. For your own security, please be aware that none of your personal information or payment transactions will be saved on the site.
SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS
We do our best to ship orders within 5 days; however, we reserve the right to deliver within 15 working days. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is approved and the invoicing address verified. Shipping expenses will be calculated according to the destination of the package. All shipments are carried out by UPS. We inform our customers that due to the higher volume of orders during the Christmas period, some deliveries may be delayed. Commercial orders will be processed by our staff as usual, but some of them may experience a delay in shipping due to a higher number of orders at Christmas time. We therefore ask you to allow our shipping agents a slight delay. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we hope that this will not cause you any inconvenience.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you should receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Tagua Srl undertakes to change it or replace it, but shall not be held liable for any requests made after this term. In order to arrange a replacement if the item is damaged or does not correspond to what was originally ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org entering your name and address, details of the product (code) and reason for the return. Please remember that the cost of return is to be paid by you and is your responsibility. Tagua Srl is not responsible for any item lost during shipping. Shipping costs will be refunded only if you have received the wrong item or a damaged item and if you have notified the error/defect within seven days. All items must be returned to Tagua Srl in their original packaging without being worn. Tagua Srl will not refund items that do not meet the requirements listed above or that show clear signs of abuse. Any customs duties and deductions shall not be refunded for items shipped outside of Italy.
Regardless of the volume of the items purchased, and depending on the destination of the parcel, shipping fees are the following:
- Italy: 10€
- Europe: 40€
- Rest of the World: PRICE QUOTATION
All items are shipped by GLS.
Tagua Srl insures every item until receipt of the goods. Upon acceptance of the goods, you will be asked to sign a waybill full discharging Tagua of liability for acceptance of the goods. From then on Tagua Srl will no longer be responsible for the goods.
